Welcoming English-speaking staff, 24/7 availability, helpful service. Provided ironer promptly at 6 AM. PCR tests arranged in-house. Beautiful hotel, well-equipped rooms with big TV and fridge. Delicious breakfast with various choices cooked fresh. Great location near Blue Mosque, shops, and public transport. Best hotel experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is in the center of the city and close to almost everything you want to see. You can easily walk to the ferry port at Eminonu and to the main sightseeings. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. Plus, some rooms have a beautiful sea view, making your stay even more special.
There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

The hotel is clean, new, and beautifully designed. Convenient location near main square, bazaar, and tram. Helpful and friendly staff. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Sea view from our room. Great breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe the prices for such a convenient location in the heart of the historical center. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the basic amenities to the beautifully decorated rooms with lovely balconies. And lastly, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, with so many options to choose from - it definitely exceeded my expectations!
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
